I don't know how this gets onto one's computer but it is very annoying!
What happens is that when you view a website with adsense ads on it you won't be able to see the adsense ads. Instead what you will see is ads by itotalfind!
There also seems to be a big problem when you try to get rid of this. Apparently it is a very hard thing to do! It's being classified as malware. According to Wikipedia, Malware is software designed to infiltrate or damage a computer system without the owner's informed consent. Here is a discussion board that is discussing the topic and possible ways to get ri of it. But so far nothing seems to be working. One person posted that they tried contacting the company but still nothing has been done. Another person said that they had to reinstall their windowings operating system just to get rid of it!
It could also have something to do with it being associated with some type of affiliate program and when people join the affiliate program they get it installed on their computer.

It's been a looong time since you posted this comment but I can gladly say that within the past few days I was able to get rid of this annoying problem! (And I am so glad that I did!)
What solved it for me was editing my computer's "host" file (and also copying the original file and saving it as a back-up)
